7-day refund on digital products
If the ebook, Template and Prompt Pack or Setup Masterclass isn't useful to you, message us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
- WhatsApp or email with the name, email or phone number you used to pay.
- We confirm your refund within 2 working days.
- Cashfree returns the money to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Digital products are delivered instantly, so an order can't be cancelled once it's paid; use the 7-day refund instead. Free audit calls can be cancelled or moved at any time by messaging us.
Setup services
Refunds and cancellations for setup services follow the written agreement for that service.
