- To send the files you asked for and deliver your purchase.
- To reply to your questions and arrange audit calls you request.
- To send tips and offers by email or WhatsApp, only if you ticked the box to agree. You can stop these at any time.

How long we keep it
We keep lead details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that we delete or anonymise them.

We use reputable providers, two-factor authentication on our accounts and limited access to your data. No system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as passwords or card details by email or WhatsApp.
